
For the most part I’ve been sticking with the diet and exercise. I’ve lost just under 10lbs so far. Feeling better. Lately I’ve been getting headaches though, which last night hindered my ability to really hit the gym hard. I did a half cardio, and then attempted to do elliptical when I had to call it quits and leave. It felt like my head was going to explode. The pain still hasn’t left, and I’m sure it has a whole lot to do with our current busted box spring. My sleep has been very poor lately, and I think it’s just whooping my ass.
Still, I’m not going to beat myself up. I’m not hyper concerned with losing weight fast, just losing it. Progress is progress so I accept it with no scrutiny and open arms.
