A December Sunday

I can't believe that we're already in the final month of the holy trinity. It makes me sad to think about how fast time has flown by and I'll have to wait, god willing, another 9 months for the holy trinity to come around again.

Sunday, December 1st

Today we decided to decorate the Christmas tree. But first Olivia had a plan to do lunch at a Korean BBQ.

Lunch

I wasn't super thrilled. I'm a super picky eater so the thought of going somewhere with a whole new type of cuisine had me hesitant. Not to mention after Olivia explained to me that you cook your own food, I was really not excited about it.

Silly me, it was amazing.

We went to Izziban and had the lunch BBQ buffet. I went with spicy pork, David went with chicken, and Olivia went with spicy chicken. Olivia also picked up a bottle of Soju so we took some shots of that while eating.

I really enjoyed the food. I'm happy that I didn't bow out of the new experience. It was fun cooking the pork, and for real the spice was amazing, and it was also fun drinking the Soju.

Decorating the Tree

When we got home it was time to decorate the Christmas tree. 

We decided to let Olivia put the star on the tree this year. I think it was my turn, but I was happy to let her do it. The tree that we picked out wasn't the best. The branches weren't very strong and there are a couple of sparce areas in the tree. However, it still looked great.
