Olivia's Birthday

 

Today is Olivia's Birthday! We went to Mom's house to play in the pool.

I can't believe my little sister is all grown up. Now she's pregnant, 24, and no longer a baby. 

I still think of her as the little 8 year old girl I remember. I don't know why, but for some reason Hanna and Olivia are always in my head as little kids still.

So yeah, Olivia wanted to go to Mom's house for a barbeque and as luck would have it, the forecast was rain. Take grey skies, and slightly unkempt pool water, and it made for pictures with gorgeous colours. The pool looks so green.

I swear that we're still children at heart. We played in the pool for a good minute, jumping and swimming about.

Eventually we got out of the pool and enjoyed our BBQ food. Olivia opened her gifts from everyone. We got her Japanese sodas that she likes with the little glass marble inside. 

Such a great day, and we got so many good pictures throughout the day. :)
