Christmas Eve

 

Jesus fucking christ, it's already god damned Christmas! What the fuck has happened to this year?

This Christmas was a great Christmas. David ended up getting the 24th and 25th off so for the first time in a very long time so we were able to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day together.

We got to my Mom's house a little later in the morning and had our traditional Eggarooda. After breakfast everyone but Mom and I passed out in the living room for a couple of hours. Mom put out the holiday snacks and I feasted. 

Eventually Mom opened up her gift from us when I finally got impatient because daylight was quickly burning away, and I setup her new mesh Wifi. 

We ate dinner, which I don't know why but apparently lasagna as Christmas Eve dinner is a tradition and I keep forgetting that. I also keep forgetting just how good Mom's lasagna is. 

It was an amazing Christmas Eve, but it did get cut short when terrible weather started to roll in so we all had to leave her house so we didn't get caught up in a storm trying to drive home. Secretly I was happy about having to leave early because I was excited to get home and setup the stockings for Christmas Day.
